Products Description
1. Keep all clamps released and place the IV bottle upright, then push the spike fully through the rubber stopper of the infusion bottle.
2. Drugs may be added into the container when required.
3. Shut clamp A and suspend the infusion bottle.
4. Unlock clamp A and let liquid flow into the burette until reaching the target volume, then close clamp A.
5. Verify that the suitable venous needle is assembled. Squeeze the drip chamber until it is half filled; never fill the whole chamber with fluid.
6. Open clamp A to fine-tune the liquid volume inside the burette. If you need to inject medicine via the upper injection port of the bottle, close clamp A in advance.
7. Carry out venipuncture. Gradually open clamp B to control the infusion flow.
8. Watch the drip frequency and make adjustments to get the target infusion speed. This administration set features a ratio of roughly 60 drops per 1 ml.
