2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test

The 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test is designed for the qualitative in vitro detection of novel coronavirus nucleocapsid protein antigens. It can be used with human saliva samples, oropharyngeal swabs and nasopharyngeal swab specimens. This kit provides auxiliary in vitro diagnostic reference only and does not serve as the sole basis for diagnosis.
The 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test features a compact and portable structure, simple operation, and quick result reading. Under normal conditions, test results can be observed within 15 to 20 minutes after adding the sample.

1.Before testing, place the 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test kit at room temperature (15–30°C) for equilibration.
2.Take the test device out of the sealed aluminum foil bag and use it as soon as possible. It is recommended to finish the test within one hour after opening.
3.Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
4.Squeeze the extraction tube and add 2 drops of the treated sample into the sample well (S) of the test device.
5.Read and record the result after 15 minutes.
Oropharyngeal Or Nasopharyngeal Swab Samples:
1.Wash hands thoroughly before sampling. Wear disposable disinfection gloves, open the kit package, and prepare swabs, test cards and buffer tubes.
2.For throat sampling: rotate the swab in the oropharynx to collect secretions. For nasal sampling: insert the swab into the nasal cavity and rotate 10–15 times to obtain sufficient secretions.
3.Place the swab into the buffer tube and mix thoroughly by pressing repeatedly.
4.Add 4 drops of the mixture from the buffer tube to the sample well of the 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test device.
5.Wait for about 15 minutes and then observe the test result.

If only a red line appears in zone C, the result is negative.
If red lines appear in both zone C and zone T, the result is positive.
