Product Description:
A disposable IV set is a medical device used to deliver fluids, nutrients, or medications into a patient's bloodstream via intravenous infusion therapy. It consists of a sterile needle or catheter, infusion tubing, and connectors, all designed for single-use only.
Needle or catheter Inserted into a vein, typically in the arm or hand, to channel fluids or medication into the blood.
Tubing Connects the needle or catheter to the fluid source, such as an IV bag or syringe, allowing control over the flow rate of substances entering the patient's circulation.
Drip chamber Positioned below the IV bag, it lets healthcare providers monitor fluid flow and ensures no air bubbles enter the tubing.
Needleless connector Offers a safe way to add medication into the IV line without using a needle.
Components:
1. Spike with air-vent, made of medical grade ABS.
2. Drip Chamber with solution filter, made of medical grade PVC. (about 48mm length)
3. Tubing, made of medical grade PVC, standard PVC tube 150cm, ID2.9mm x OD 3.8mm PVC.
4. Flow Regulator, made of medical grade PP &PE.
5. Injection Site, made of latex.
6. With luer slip connector, made of medical grade ABS.
7. Needle with protector. (21g, OD 0.8mm).
8. With or without "Y" injection port.
9. Ethylene Oxide Sterilized.
