Products Description

Introduction
Specification: Disposable single wing blood collection needles offer multiple specifications to suit different patients and scenarios. Most commonly used sizes are 0.7mm (22G, black), 0.8mm (21G, green).
Clinical Positioning: It is mainly used in conjunction with vacuum blood collection tubes for collecting human venous blood samples, and is also suitable for intravenous infusion. Due to its simple structure, direct operation, and controllable cost, it has become one of the most versatile basic clinical blood collection tools.
Application
Venous blood sample collection is the primary clinical application of the disposable single wing blood collection needle. By using it in conjunction with vacuum blood collection tubes, it automatically collects venous blood samples using preset negative pressure inside the tube. The needle's soft tube connection design offers greater operational flexibility compared to pen-barrel hard-connect lancets, making it especially suitable for patients with small vessels and hard-to-locate blood samples.
Disposable single wing needle is also suitable for intravenous infusion. After the puncture, the infusion set can be connected to the needle base to establish an infusion path. The soft tube connection provides a cushioning effect, preventing the needle tip from shifting due to slight patient movement.

Design Concept
The direction of the disposable single wing needle is usually optimized for right-hand operation-the right wing provides the operator with a clear grip point, allowing the index finger and thumb to naturally pinch the wing during puncture, forming a stable force structure. This design aligns with the operational habits of the vast majority of medical staff and is the most mainstream form of blood collection needle in clinical practice. The single wing needle handle makes it easy to hold and puncture with one hand, making operation simple and requiring no extra adaptation to get started.
Comparison
Compared to double-wing needles: single-wing needles are fixed on one side, resulting in a simpler structure, lower cost, and more direct operation. The symmetrical fixation of butterfly needles provides better stability and anti-spin capability, but monowing needles remain mainstream in cost-sensitive markets and routine operation scenarios.
Compared to pen-barrel lancets: single-wing needles connected with flexible tubes offer greater operational flexibility, suitable for challenging puncture angles such as the back of the hand or children; The pen-barrel lancet features a rigid direct-connected structure, suitable for routine blood collection in thick, straight veins at the elbow, offering higher blood collection efficiency.
